Straight out of the Sister Pie Cookbook!
We roast and puree red beets from Holtz Farms in Ida, Michigan, and mix them into a chess filling with nutty brown butter, tart yogurt, and light brown sugar. As far as we’re concerned, this is the new red velvet.

At this time, online pre-orders can only be paid for by credit card.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed on the website. If you'd like to use your gift card, feel free to place your order and then request a refund by emailing hello@sisterpie.com with your order confirmation number. Gift cards can also be redeemed at the bakery Tuesday-Saturday 10am-3pm.
Pre-order Policy
Pre-orders for pick-up MONDAY - FRIDAY must be placed no later than 7:00am EST the day-of. Pre-orders for pick-up SATURDAY - SUNDAY must be placed no later than 2:00pm EST on Fridays.
If a date is not available to select as an option, it means it has sold out for that day.
