Pre-orders for Pi Day open at 10:00am EST Thursday, March 5.

PICK-UP DATE + TIME:

All Pi Day pre-orders are available for pick-up on Friday, March 13th from 7:30am - 12:00pm (noon).

You are welcome to arrive anytime during your pick-up window. If you arrive prior to your designated pick-up time, we cannot guarantee that your order will be ready.
FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED

Once pre-orders sell out, we will not be accepting additional orders for that specific flavor.

All hope is not lost, though! We will have a limited number of 6" pies and pie slices available for walk-in purchases, along with limited quantities of other baked goods, including breakfast baked goods! We will open at 7:30am on Friday, March 13th and all items will be sold first-come, first-served. We do not hold any baked goods over the phone, via email, etc.

CARING FOR YOUR PIE
Below are some helpful hints to keeping your pies fresh for serving.
Please refer to our Pie Care + Storage page for more information.
How long do your pies keep? What's the best way to store them?
We think most of our pie pies taste best at room temperature. We recommend you keep them on a cool counter, out of direct heat. If you won't be serving your pies for a day or two, you can also keep them in the refrigerator (in the box is fine). We recommend letting them come up to room temperature before serving.
The Salted Maple is best stored at room temperature and eaten within 3 days of purchase. However, they can also be refrigerated for up to 1 week.
The Banana Pete is best stored at room temperature and eaten within 3 days of purchase. We do not recommend putting this pie in the fridge as the meringue topping will deflate and lose its fluffy texture.
The Malted Lime is a refrigerated pie and must be stored in the fridge. It is best eaten within 3 days of purchase.
Can I freeze my pie?
While we do recommend eating our pies fresh and within a few days of purchasing, many of our pies are suitable for freezing. We do not recommend freezing The Banana Pete due to its meringue topping.
For proper freezing, tightly wrap the pie in plastic wrap twice. When you're ready to thaw, unwrap the pie and allow it to thaw completely at room temperature, on a cool counter (typically at least 24 hours). We recommend letting the pie come up to room temperature before serving.
Can my pie be reheated?
As a general rule, the The Banana Pete, Salted Maple, and Malted Lime are not recommended for serving warm (they will melt in the oven and won't hold their shape).

Orders placed by 9:00am EST Thursday 3/5 will be available for pick-up on Friday 3/13 between 7:30am - 12:00pm.

Orders placed after 9:00am EST Thursday 3/5 will be notified via email when the order is ready for pick-up.

Pick-ups will happen at Sister Pie (8066 Kercheval Ave, Detroit).
SHIPPING

USPS Flat-Rate Shipping is available to all contiguous U.S. address.

While shipping is available, as this is a pre-order sale, we cannot guarantee shirts will ship in time to arrive for Pi Day.

Once your order is packed and a shipping label is made, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number.

We offer USPS Flat-Rate Shipping (3-5 business days). The 3-5 business day shipping estimate is how long it will take for the item to arrive to you once your order gets put in the mail, not how long it will take to get from the time you ordered. We will always try our best to mail orders as quickly as possible.
